The community feel is enhanced through the configuration of common spaces and grouped residences. Consistent with its conviction that the future will see less dependence upon fossil fuels, Novawest chose second bedrooms instead of garages, a decision that encourages the use of public transit and the overall pedestrian experience. As with Novawest’s entire current portfolio of projects, the Langley Garden Bungalows target a “way of life” market.
